Lot goes on in the church. Sometimes things we love. Others we don’t. I’m Catholic because of my faith in Christ. Though I could do with out some of the political rambling that goes on most times. I find such things are a distraction from our love of Christ.
If you are new to the Lego Church Project and wondering what this is about. I encourage you to head over to the FB Page!
The Old Church
Back around 2019 I wrote a reflection of sorts in a first person style. I called it “The Old Church” and since that time I’ve written two other parts. In this issue I will share with everyone those three entries. All links go to the Praying at the Bricks Blog.
The Old Church: The Woman In Prayer
The Old Church: The Agony on the Cross
Still need help with displays!
As we head into summer. I still want to take Season 23 on the road. While I do have a few displays in the works. Those are mostly in the planning stages and still need a lot of prayer. The link below will give you some more information on what I’m looking to do.
If you know of a parish and/or event that might be a good fit have them reach out email is kc8wzm@gmail.com
Also if you are in the Saginaw Township, MI region and would like to still see Season 23 in person. Use the e-mail above and I will send you the details. I have currently set up in the common’s area of my apartment complex.
Interviews!?
I am always up for a conversation. Talking about faith, disability, and of course The Project. If you know of a podcast, radio program, or other avenue please let them know about my work and the message behind it. Just drop me an email: kc8wzm@gmail.com
Closing thoughts:
God gives us some amazing talents. We should always strive to use them for the benefit of others. These are not to be wasted on ourselves but to be shared with everyone. They can be a creative way to share the faith and remind everyone of why we follow Christ!
