The church as of now is in the middle of the next phase of the Eucharistic Revival. Which is a very good thing. The hope and focus is to renew the imporance of The Eucharist and how it should be part of the foundations of our Catholic faith. Truth is we have a major lack of belife in the real presence of Christ. That our Savior is present Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity, in the most Holy Eucharist.
Not a real surprise given the nature of the world these days. We are constantly bombarded with the demans of the world. At a time when the idea of removing God from all aspects of our lives is ever endless. That faith is important so long as you water it down to the point that God is no longer our focus.
Yet Christ expects us to live a life that is truly faithful to God and to the Gospels. That we should reject what the world demands of us. To pick up our Cross and to follow Christ. Even if the world will hate us for it. That is the very nature of being a Christian and one that we should be prepared to fully embrace.
I reflect a bit more on the importance in of the Eucharist in a pretty recent blog post: More than A symbol. (Building Faith).
Of Challenges
Also in the blog I wrote a bit of a detailed post on some of the challenges I’ve run into with this season. An appeal for help and prayers. Along with trying to establish contacts to make this current season a good one. I really want to get this Season on the road and give people a chance to see this in person. As always I am looking for parishes or events that would like to host me. The Challenges of The Project (Building Faith)
Calling all podcasters!
Do you have a show? Would you like to have an ep of your program featured in this very newsletter?
If you answered YES to any of those questions I can help! I’m always willing to come on to any Podcast/Radio program to talk about various things. My focus is on faith and disability. Along with the importance of prayer which is key to someone like me. I also talk about The Project as well. If you have a program and would like to have me on. Please reach out. I can provide examples of past shows I’ve been on.
