Not a lot going on with The Project as of late. I haven’t been able to secure any summer displays for the Project. So I could use a lot of prayers on this. I’ll have more info at the end of the news letter.
Father’s Shadow
In 2017 I wrote a poem that was a bit of a reflection about my father. Rather than share the link to the blog post. I will post the poem here.
A Father's Shadow JM Kraemer At the time of my birth, I was held in his arms. Resting in my father's shadow. As I grow and as I learn Lessons that he has passed to me. I crawl in my father's shadow As a teen I am one to test limits, Yet the lessons still remain, I walk in my father's shadow. As an adult I still have much to learn, Passing along the wisdom he has gained I still am in my father's shadow. As I grow older with wisdom of my own, The thoughts and words that I use. I am passing my father's shadow. At this I now fully understand, What all those lessons have prepared me for. I have left my father's shadow. As I age with the passing of time. It dawns on me this simple reality, I have become my father's shadow.
Taking The Project on the road?
I am still looking for summer displays for The Project. If you know of any parish or event that would like to have me out. Please have them send me an e-mail to kc8wzm@gmail.com
For more information please check out the “Taking This On the Road” blog entry which has a lot of the details.
Also As in previous issues I still have Season 23 set up in Saginaw Township, MI if you would like to see it while I’m waiting for a location to develop. Just send me an e-mail and I can let you know those details as well.
That’s it for this short issue. Hope everyone is doing well. -JM
