Hope everyone is doing well..
One of the things that I enjoy doing when it comes to The Project is a chance to go on various programs (podcasts and radio/TV) to talk about disability issues and the history/motivations behind what I do. It is something that I don’t get to do often. It can be a bit of a challenge to get into any kind of media. Even if people feel that your work is legendary.
Speaking of podcasts
A few months back I had the chance to record with Victoria Everleigh and her “Treasures in Heaven” podcast. Almost an hour long show where we talked about a lot of things such as how I live with disability and of course the history behind the Lego Church Project. I had a lot of fun with this and praying for chances to do more.

On the issue of Transportation
One of the issues that I’ve been known to bring up on the various social media platforms is the issue of transportation in the church. Given that I don’t drive this is something I know first hand. Almost a year ago Mike Lewis from Where Peter Is helped me put together an article which I bring this issue to light. I still think this is an important topic that should be looked into more closely. Not everyone has easy access to a ride to Mass and no one should be denied the ability to get to Mass because of it.

Displays! I could still use some help!
So last issue I talked about the need for help and prayer with displays for Season 23. I can still very much use help. I have the contact information at the end of the newsletter. If you haven’t yet please check out Issue 5 for more details.
Closing thoughts
We have two choices on the road we travel on. To accept the temptations and the gifts that the world offers us. Even though they last for only a moment of time and do nothing for our souls. Or we can accept the gift the Christ offers us. Which itself is eternal in it's blessings. Rewarding our souls in ways one can never fully see.
